Stretch & Strength - Core, Low Back & Hips

This is the recording from September 17, 2024.

In this class, we'll enjoy non-weight-bearing movement as we move in and out of our larger joints. We’ll move from our centre to stretch and strengthen the legs, lower back & core. If you're feeling tight and stiff in your lower back and hips, it should help provide you some relief.

You will need:

  • A mat
  • A small to medium-sized pillow OR a blanket
  • Optional yoga strap or scarf
