In this practice, we'll focus on our centre, our body's power centre. We'll primarily focus our work on the psoas muscle, which will be great for both releasing stress and building strength in your core and low back, while also addressing the pelvis and hips. 

You will need:

  • A mat
  • Optional blocks, pillow & blanket
