Strong Backside

Recording from March 29, 2025.

In this practice, we'll focus on strengthening our posterior chain - the whole backside of our body - from the bottom of our feet through the back of the legs and spine. I hope you feel longer and stronger after this session. This will also be a nice grounding practice.
You will need:

A mat
2 blocks or thick books
Optional pillow and blanket
