Strong Backside

In this session, we'll focus more on the posterior (back) and anterior (front) chains of our body. We'll focus on building some strength as well as working out the tension held in the most troublesome areas.
You will need:

  • A mat
  • A strap
  • 2 blocks (or thick books)
  • Optional pillow & blanket
