Strong Backside

For this class, we'll focus on a 'Strong Backside' and work the whole posterior chain. The goal is to help improve mobility throughout the spine, as well as to stretch and strengthen the glutes, hamstrings, low back and neck.

You will need:

  • A mat

  • 2 blocks

  • A strap

  • Optional cushion & blanket
