Strong Centre - Psoas, Core & Low Back

In this class, we focus on balancing the Yin & Yang within the body while we focus on moving from our centre. This will be great for our core and low back as we pay particular attention to the large psoas muscle as well as all supporting muscles in the abdominal area.
You will need:

  • A mat
  • A blanket (for your knees if wanted)
  • A medium-sized soft ball - like a kids' playground ball (if you don't have one, take a bath towel and scrunch it into a ball size
  • Optional pillow
  • Optional blocks
