Upper Back, Chest & Arms

This is the recording from July 22, 2024. This class is a mid-summer cool down where we'll connect once again with cleansing and clearing the heart and small intestine meridians, associated with summer. This practice is perfect if you are struggling with upper back tension.

You may want to have:

  • A mat or other soft surface
  • A blanket
  • 2 different sized pillows
  • 2 blocks or thick books
