I'll admit, this class is a geared to my personal needs. My upper back is not happy with me and I know it's from computer work and pushing myself too hard. Something I know each of you can relate to. So I thought, let's give ourselves a nice "Upper Back Release" in today's practice.
You will need:
A mat
A pillow (if you don't have one don't worry)
