Upper Body & Hips

It's time to get out of our seats, step away from our desks, quiet our minds and move our bodies. In this session, we'll work out the stiffness in our hips, upper back, shoulders and chest. While opening our hearts for a creative afternoon of work.

You will need:

  • A mat
  • A blanket (could use blocks or a pillow instead)
  • Optional blocks & pillow
