This is the recording of the free session on December 18, 2023. We'll focus on the upper body and start off with self-massage.
You will need:
- A mat or other soft surface
- A massage ball or tennis ball (if you don't have either, roll up a couple of socks into another sock to make a ball)
- 2 blocks (thick books if no yoga blocks)
- A few various-sized pillows
- A blanket
