Water Element of Winter

This practice is to balance the 'Water Element of Winter' where we'll improve the flow of energy within the kidney and bladder meridians. It will help release tension in the lower back but also throughout the whole spine and is going to be very supportive to you if you're struggling with stress or adrenal fatigue. We'll play with some acupressure points as well.

You will need:

  • A mat (or other soft surface)

  • A blanket 

  • 2 blocks

  • 2-3 various sized pillows
