Welcome Fall

Although it doesn't exactly feel like fall yet, Sunday is the Fall Equinox.

In this class we will 'Welcome Fall' and focus on letting go. We'll work the lung and large intestine meridians, which are associated with the metal element of this time of year. Physically, this means getting into the chest, shoulders, upper back, as well as the inner thighs. You'll get a nice release in both the upper and lower body.

You will need:

  • A mat
  • 2 blocks or thick books
  • Optional pillow
