Winter Warmer for Balance

Recording from January 20, 2025.

Let's honour winter hibernation by going inward to connect with yourself and balancing your body's Yin and Yang energy. We'll blend very gentle Yang movement first to work out stagnant energy and then hold a Yin pose, deepen the breath and go inward.


You will need:

  • A mat or other soft surface
  • A strap or scarf or belt
  • 2 blocks or thick books
  • Pillows
  • Blanket (maybe even two on this cold day)
