In this practice, I want to come back to the fall season and focus on our lungs. We'll do some work for our diaphragm, and help support the health of our lungs which in turn will help support your immune system (which is taxed at this time of year). Physically this practice will be a great chest opener, helping release tension in the upper back and shoulders as well as the lower back. ENJOY!
