Yin Yoga for the Busy Woman

This is the recording from February 12, 2024. I've titled this class "Yin Yoga for the Busy Woman". If you're exhausted from being on the go and your body is tight from too much sitting, computer work, etc, this session has been created to help. 


You will need:

  • A mat or other soft surface
  • 2 blocks or thick books
  • A yoga strap or belt or scarf
  • 2 blankets
  • A few various-sized pillows
