Let's slow down and connect again over a relaxing yin practice. We'll continue our spring cleaning to work out stagnant energy in the inner thighs and side body (working our liver and gallbladder meridians) while also getting into the hips. This week, we'll begin to hold the poses longer, getting deep into the yin tissues while also allowing time for our seed of intention to grow.
