Your Light Within

In tonight's practice, we'll use a wall and the floor (or your bed) as our main supportive prop. Using a wall provides a unique way to experience regular yoga poses in a very different way. We'll also spend time nourishing 'Your Light Within' in this session.

You will need:

  • A mat (or bed)
  • A clear wall (if you don't have a good wall space to use, you can use the edge of a bed or couch)
  • 2 blocks
  • Optional pillows & blanket
