The pace of life can quietly build with full schedules and busy minds, leaving us to feel disconnected from our authentic selves as we slowly head towards burnout.
This weekend is your invitation to pause.
To take a breath and connect with YOU… to reflect and celebrate all that this year has held… and to gently release what no longer feels aligned.
Reflect on the year so far
Acknowledge and celebrate your growth
Gently release what feels heavy
Step out of "doing mode" and into rest
Reset your nervous system through calming, supportive practices

Restorative and calming nervous system practices designed to help you soften, breathe, and arrive fully in your body.
Spacious time to look back on your year with compassion, acknowledge your growth, and clarify what you're ready to release.
A peaceful walk through fall grounds followed by a creative craft session that will provide a take-home project to remember the weekend by.

Cozy evening campfires, meaningful conversation, and a Saturday BBQ dinner. Enjoy the warmth, laughter, and nourishment of true community.
Enjoy homemade, nourishing meals prepared with love and thoughtfully crafted to support your well-being and any food sensitivities.
Everything is optional. You are always invited to listen to your body and take what you need.
On Saturday evening, we'll enjoy a relaxed and fun BBQ dinner, followed by an evening campfire. Providing a chance to connect, laugh, and enjoy a beautiful fall evening together under the open sky.
You'll also receive a thoughtfully curated welcome gift to begin your retreat experience. A little something to set the tone for a weekend of softness and care.

Stacy Bergen is the owner of End to End Financial Services and someone who has discovered a deep love for caring for others through food. She believes that one of the most meaningful ways to say “I love you” is by creating meals that bring comfort, connection, and joy.
Her journey into more intentional, nourishing cooking began through her own experience with food sensitivities. As she continues to learn and explore anti-inflammatory and allergy-conscious foods, she has developed a thoughtful approach to creating meals that are both supportive and delicious. Stacy believes that having dietary needs shouldn’t mean missing out, and she is passionate about offering options that feel comforting, inclusive, and satisfying.
