This 30-minute class draws from the ancient practice of Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) — a gentle, low-impact movement system rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each session blends slow, flowing movements with mindful breathwork to help release tension, clear mental fog, and create a state of calm.
Each session will focus on simple standing movements, breathwork, and mindful intention, closing with a short meditation to help you wind down and reconnect with yourself at the end of your day.
Whether you’ve never moved your body like this before or you’re simply craving a fresh, outdoor rhythm, this series is designed to meet you where you are.
