
Hit the reset button with this nourishing 30-minute Lunchtime Mindful Movement via Zoom. We all know that we need to nourish our bodies at lunchtime with food to give us the energy to move forward. It's also important to nourish our mind, muscles and joints to reset our nervous system and feel good in our body. Designed for desk workers, this gentle stretch session targets stiffness from prolonged sitting and computer use, while soothing breathwork helps to melt away stress. We'll conclude with a short meditation to allow you to rest your eyes refresh your spirit and return to your afternoon with renewed energy. Join me for a brief escape to nourish your body and calm your mind.
