Chair Yoga @ Colour Paradise, 7-week Series

Join me for a gentle and accessible Chair Yoga Series at Colour Paradise Greenhouses. Perfect for those who prefer to stay off the floor while still reaping the benefits of mindful movement. This class is designed to help relieve stress, improve mobility, and foster a deeper connection with your body, all from the comfort of a chair. We will do some standing work with the aid of the chair. Modifications will be provided to suit your needs. Through soothing breathwork, gentle stretching, and feel-good movement, you'll ease tension and create space in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and restored. Whether you're new to yoga or looking for a supportive way to move, this class offers a welcoming and inclusive space within a tropical setting. Come as you are and enjoy a sense of community while we move, breathe, and unwind together amongst the plants at the Colour Paradise Greenhouses. No experience is necessary—just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down and feel good.
