ABOUT

This 10-minute Qigong practice features Silk Reeling, a slow, circular movement designed to gently mobilize and lubricate the joints throughout the body. It’s a beautiful way to wake up the body in the morning or reset during the day. If you do nothing else for your movement practice, this is one simple routine I encourage clients to come back to daily.

Take a break from your desk and get a good stretch from head to toe with this 30-minute gentle fusion flow. You may want to have a blanket nearby.

Here is a playlist I created for this class if you like music in the background - Listen

Here is a gentle morning sequence you can do before getting out of bed to help get your body moving. You don’t need any equipment and we’ll focus on the full body.

This class is the perfect way to unwind from the day and help you prepare for sleep. We start with a breathing exercise to help quiet the mind and then do about 30 minutes of yin yoga poses and end with a yoga nidra meditation (from Gabrielle Harris' book titled 'The Language of Yin'). You will want to have a blanket, 2-3 various-sized pillows, 2 blocks or thick books and play some soft music in the background. Here is a suggested playlist that I have created. I hope you enjoy the session.

Enjoy a gentle 30-minute movement session where I'll share some of my favourite movements to stretch out our SHOULDERS AND HIPS.

Grab a broom, yes, you read correctly I said broom 🙂 and a yoga mat or soft surface.
