Free Classes from November 2025

Here are the recordings of the free yin yoga and lunchtime movement sessions I offered in November. These classes were created to provide a break and help release stress, tension and anxiety from the body. You can access the videos below if you missed the live session or would like to do them again.

If you'd like to move and relax more with me, I offer three online classes a week. You can join a full series or drop in for an individual class. Learn more about these offerings here.

Yin Yoga & Meditation from November 3rd

Heart Centred Class to Rest & Restore

In this practice, we'll begin with gentle movement to help you transition from a busy day. We'll then move into our yin postures, allowing you to go inward and promote healing, ending with a relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation. With yin yoga, your body temperature will drop, so I encourage you to dress warmly. You may want to wear your pyjamas as it's the perfect class to help prepare you for sleep.

You may want:

With yin yoga, we use a lot of props. Here is a list of items you may want to have nearby.

  • A mat or other soft surface (could be done in bed)

  • 2 blocks (or thick soft cover books)

  • 2-3 various-sized pillows

  • A blanket

  • A candle to help create the mood

Lunchtime Movement from November 4th

Qigong Flow for Tension Relief

This practice is a feel-good standing Qigong practice to help release tension and stress. We'll end the practice on the floor with some gentle stretches.

You won't need anything for this class, other than a soft surface for your stretches.
