Yin Yoga & Meditation from November 3rd
Heart Centred Class to Rest & Restore
In this practice, we'll begin with gentle movement to help you transition from a busy day. We'll then move into our yin postures, allowing you to go inward and promote healing, ending with a relaxing Yoga Nidra meditation. With yin yoga, your body temperature will drop, so I encourage you to dress warmly. You may want to wear your pyjamas as it's the perfect class to help prepare you for sleep.

With yin yoga, we use a lot of props. Here is a list of items you may want to have nearby.
A mat or other soft surface (could be done in bed)
2 blocks (or thick soft cover books)
2-3 various-sized pillows
A blanket
A candle to help create the mood
